I asked my good pal Jack to tell me why he enjoys working at Centra and what are his favourite parts of the day. Here is what he had to say all in his own words and his own handwriting. Thank you Jack
I work in our local centra on Thursdays from 2-6pm. I like my job, I get on well with the staff and customers. My duties are:
- Taking out the sweets
- Cleaning the coffee machine
- Doing the face off where customers can see them.
- Baling the boxes in the store room
- Sweeping the shop floor
I also enjoy being on the tills to check how much things are and I do sell ice cream and easter eggs.
I also get paid for my job and also I get a 15 minute break and I love my job so much and I work hard everyday. It does get busy for lunch. A lot of people come in at lunchtime. I also like talking to the staff about football and music and I also lik doing the price enquiry and handing out leaflets for customers.
I use a spray and a cloth to clean down the coffee machine and the sink behind the till. My favourity thing in centra is the sweets packing them out on the shelves and I enjoy my life there. It is the best shop in the world.http://www.centra.ie
